About the Position

We are seeking a friendly, structured Customer service rep to oversee direct messages and comments across our social platforms channels. The preferred candidate will possess background replying to client questions on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, with outstanding documented English and the capability to take action promptly and competently.

Primary duties

• Address client messages and comments on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter in a prompt and polite manner.
• Offer precise information about goods, solutions, and rules.
• Document and documentation client questions, service issues, and response to the applicable team.
• Report to higher support tier sophisticated concerns to the manager or suitable department.
• Preserve the corporate identity’s tone and voice in all communications.
• Track social platforms accounts to recognize practices, concerns, or avenues for client relation.
• Help with other client support duty as needed.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc with 1-2 years of expertise (with prior expertise in social platforms communication tone)
• Robust capability to read, compose, and convey transparently in English.
• Previous expertise replying to messages on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Basic comprehension of social platforms protocol and client support industry standards.
• Task juggling skill and organize schedule productively.
• Friendly, patient, and results-driven mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and understanding with mobile/social platforms apps.

Preferred Competencies:

Expertise with client support resources or social platforms management channels. Expertise in trending content and online public involvement plans.
