Position Overview

We need an structured and innovative Social media personnel to take charge of routine planning, audience relation, and post findings across all community-related channels for our customers.

Duties

• Produce content calendar
• Timetable and issue social platforms content using Meta Business Suite or Metricool.
• Track DMs, comments, and tagged mentions for all accounts.
• Enhance content calendars for relation and significance.
• Collaborate with creatives to implement marketing.
• Ensure uniformity through all platforms.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc
• Demonstrated expertise coordinating business social platforms pages.
• Fluent with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok industry standards.
• Basic use of planning resources (Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Data-savvy: capable to read and analyze relation documentation.
• Great drafting, grammar, and captioning competencies.
• Growth mindset and grow quickly.
• Robust meticulousness and capability to adhere to guidance.
• Must own a operating laptop. (essential)
• Capability to travel to office (hybrid style).
