Explanation

  • Offer logistical and materials management solutions.
  • Supervises the daily logistical business, which includes, but not limited to, executing logistics plans, directing drilling logistics vendor employees, material regulate processes, stock management, and managing material movements to remote marine operations or onshore rig sites.
  • Evaluate in country logistical qualifications and match with Drill Team on base business service’s needs, targets and qualifications.
  • Oversee stock base/warehouse processes and preserve a regular level of supply chain and purchasing assist of international subsurface operations.
  • Primary reach out with custom authorities and freight transmitting companies for international trade clearance of materials and tools.
  • Preserve suitable international trade records and necessary recordkeeping for internal and compliance obligations.
  • Help with agreement tendering exercises for stock base/warehouse facilities, marine vessels, aviation (fixed and rotary wing), stevedoring, and custom-clearing agents.
  • Sustain results-tracking records of stock base supply and operations acquire agreements.
  • Make sure that logistics processes are in conformance with all organisation ecological, health, safety, and guard qualifications.
  • Adhere with local in-country rules, and PSC/JOA (Generation Exchanging Agreement/Joint Operating Accord) qualifications.
  • Assure adherence with Assignment of Authority Mentor (DOAG), Regulates, and oi System (oi) guidelines and qualifications.
  • Periodically execute internal evaluation to assure adherence with regulates.
  • Oversee and documentation performance for logistics handled initiatives
  • Ensures assessment and manages prompt, appropriated and accurate project setup and dispatch of tools to rigs to meet drilling processes requirement.
  • Manages the receipt and assessment of drilling resources returned from rigs, checks and arranges them for re-use.
  • Ensures meeting safety guidelines and qualifications in managing /transporting drilling resources, materials and tools.
  • Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to decide / list tools / resources /materials qualifications according to Drilling Directions / Tools Distributions and ensures satisfying sites routine qualifications.
  • Sustains suitable and safe storage of the organization's owned drilling tools / resources and ensures prompt replenishment through buy / fabrication / repairs by agreed companies.

  • Colleagues Academic qualification plus structured training mechanical trades.
  • Expertise in supply chain and logistics, ideally in international frontier processes
  • Expertise operating in Processes, ideally Drilling assist initiatives and associated materials, tools and solutions
  • Skilled in launching up new processes in a truly remote frontier region
  • Expertise in material managing tools (cranes, forklifts)
  • Must be capable to show sound ethical procedures in the oversight of local work, stock regulate, oil site accounting, and agreement management
  • Robust logical and verbal abilities; Good interpersonal / team competencies
  • Must be extremely adaptable and flexible to various operating and living terms
  • Capability to manage various key focuses and participants
