Role summary

The Sales Business operations manager will play a pivotal position in optimizing client connections through tech, pushing group results, and making sure income targets are repeatedly met. The position requires a balance of strategic monitoring and practical implementation to streamline sales methods, oversee rules, and support to business expansion by leveraging data and client findings.

Predicting & Organizing:

Organize with generation and stock teams to guarantee sales projections match with stock and generation plans. Help in requirement organizing to meet client needs.

Client engagement Management:

Serve as a communication link between sales, generation, and logistics teams to guarantee smooth client support. Settle escalated client concerns promptly and productively.

Team lead & Development:

Train and educate the sales processes team to guarantee regular effectiveness and career progression. Build teamwork between the business development team and other departments, which includes promotion, generation, and finance.

Adherence & Status updates:

Verify that every sales processes adhere with industry rules and organisation rules. Organize and show sales processes documentation and dashboards to top level management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Sales, Stock Chain, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of expertise in sales processes or associated positions, ideally in the food production operations industry.
• Deep knowledge of sales methods, predicting, and stock chain synchronization.
• Expertise in sales force automatic control roll out is a plus.
• Skilled in CRM software and data evaluation resources.
• Exceptional corporate, issue resolution, and critical thinking.
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
