Position Overview

• The HFR is accountable for managing the financial plan, organizing, and long-term viability of the company.
• This position make sure that the financial operational structures, rules, and methods are strong, conforming, and assist the long-term financial health of the company.
• The HFR will collaborate with executive guidance to lead financial strategic judgment, risk mitigation strategy, and process effectiveness.

Credentials and Expertise

• Bachelor's or MSC in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• A member of a professional body (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) necessary.
• At least 10 years of finance Management expertise, with a minimum of 5 years in executive guidance.
• Robust competence in budgeting, adherence, risk mitigation strategy, and auditing.
• Expertise with donor-financed projects, grant status updates, and financial long-term viability plans.
• Competence in finance Management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
