Resources and IT systems and infrastructure engineer at Arnergy Solar Limited in Lagos

Position Explanation

As our Resources and IT systems and infrastructure engineer, you will be in charge of the execution, setup, and customization of our enterprise resources which includes SAP and Salesforce. You would collaborate with participants across the business to guarantee smooth processes of IT applications, resources, solutions, Enterprise platform planning and CRM bundles across the business.

You will:

• Head setup, customization, and optimization of SAP, Salesforce, and other
• Enterprise platform planning/CRM initiatives to assist core operational workflows.
• Design, deploy, and preserve secure and ability to scale Technology infrastructure which includes networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud operational structures.
• Work alongside participants for needs assessment, selection and rollout of enterprise resources and software.
• Ensure high accessibility and effectiveness of IT support, which includes business-critical applications, email, and IoT supervising channels.
• Oversee and manage the Windows user access directory
• Supervise operations effectiveness and diagnose issues concerns connected with network access, guard, and system reliability.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity methods.
• Preserve IT asset stock, user accounts, and entry rights in accordance with organisation rules.
• Work alongside embedded linux field and software teams to diagnose issues site data concerns.
• Guarantee adherence with information security rules and standardized best practices.
• Carry out consistent audits of network and system guard.
• Coordinate with IT service vendors, hardware vendors, and SaaS instrument vendors to settle concerns and oversee permits.
