Role summary

We’re seeking a smart, friendly, and energetic Sales Delegate to participate to walk-in clients at our Ibadan store. You must know the goods well, be capable to response questions, and ensure every client departs satisfied.

Work tasks

• Greet and participate to all walk-in clients
• Assist clients find the goods they need and proposal alternatives if necessary
• Distribute service understanding and upsell when possible
• Manage cash and POS financial record precisely
• Keep shelves well-organized and restock as needed
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness in the store
• Document sales, client requests, and response
• Assist the store manager and work in a collaborative environment
• Help in stock checks and expiry supervising
