Position Overview

We are seekinng for an Support Procurement specialist / Procurement officer to aids the procurement processes by carrying out market runs, procurement quality goods, and making sure on-time completion of inventory under the directive and oversight of the Procurement Manager. The position is critical to preserving smooth kitchen, bakery, and event processes.

Primary duties

• Carry out routine market runs to procure food ingredients, wrapping, utensils, and other business needs as directed.
• Work closely under the oversight of the Procurement Manager to guarantee precise buy requests and financial plans.
• Acquire quality items at the best prices while preserving product guidelines.
• Confirm quantities and terms of bought goods before dispatch to store or kitchen.
• Preserve proper records of market buys which includes receipts and vendor description.
• Help in facilitating logistics for prompt stock and replenishment of inventory.
• Foster connections with local vendors and traders for dependable procurement.
• Manage goods with proper hygiene and safety during buy and transportation.
• Offer routine documentation to the Procurement Manager on all buys made.
• Execute any other obligations as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with 1 - 3 years of expertise.
