Driver at the Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in Katsina

Overview

The Driver’s position is to offer transport and Administrator aid offerings to all technical programme zones. The candidate is also necessary to lead MSH Worldwide Financial support vehicles while transporting teams which comprise of employees, project director, country directors/delegate and VIP visitors. The candidate is also accountable for managing vehicle servicing & maintenance.

Duties

• Lead project employees to initiatives and sessions within and outside of Katsina State.
• Preserve precise and current records concerning individual vehicle, which includes fuel documentation, movement tracker documentation, servicing & maintenance documentation and system issue documentation.
• Carry out routine vehicle checklist and filed.
• Verify that every components of vehicle regulatory framework are being followed and enforced during your tasks.
• Examine vehicle prior to commute to assure all fluids, tires, wipers, belts etc are in good operating order.
• Signal any sign of need for servicing & maintenance or other challenges with the vehicle to the transport and logistics associate.
• Keep vehicle health, log current.
• Assure the guard of the vehicle when outside of the workspace.
• Assure the safety of all passengers.
• Offer dependable and secure pushing solutions for MSH GF Malaria (Transport employees, customers and/or bundles to and from destinations)
• Send all cost summaries without delay to accounting, properly finished.
• Verify that every vehicle documents/particulars are current.
• Ensure vehicle accessories are always finished in the vehicle.
• Make sure that the vehicle is always fueled and operational
• Assist the processes team onsite servicing & maintenance, which includes synchronization of repairs, synchronization of janitors, receiving or dispatching mail, etc
• Assist retail and stock management
• Assist in receiving and verifying items on dispatch.
• Assist the processes team in processing payments
• Assist in preserving the generator log and records.
• Assist in arranging sessions and workshops.
• And any other managerial assignment allocated to you by your manager.

Credentials

• Secondary school Certification. Academic qualification preferred.
• 0 - 2 years of associated work expertise with international entities in Nigeria.
• Sound judgment, non-aggressive pushing style and effective communication competencies.
• Good expertise in standard pushing procedures
• Good pushing document.
• Capability to commute if necessary.
• Expertise in managerial assist
• Mental programs for interpreting and responding to events automatically, and motivations which activate and direct safe conduct and expect challenges
• Capability to arrange and finalize documented guide and standard procedure duty as allocated
• Capability to deliver at an acceptable level of regulate competencies.
