Job Description

The company driver will be in charge of offering safe, prompt, and productive transportation solutions for senior leaders, employees, and formal guests of an company
Your obligations comprise of operating and preserving organisation vehicles in good requirement, making sure adherence with traffic legal provisions, and conforming to safety rules at all times.
You will also be assigned with organizing routes, supervising traffic conditions, and making necessary modifications to avoid setbacks, thereby making sure timeliness for all formal assignments and collaborations.
Alongside pushing, you are anticipated to carry out basic vehicle inspections, timetable standard procedure servicing, and promptly documentation any mechanical concerns for repairs.
You may also help with errands which includes supplying significant documents, airport pickups, and facilitating logistics for corporate processes. Competence, secrecy, and outstanding people skills are crucial, as the position often requires close engagement with top level senior leaders and participants while upholding the organization’s image.

At least a High school diploma (SSCE or equivalent).
Additional vocational or technical development in pushing and automobile servicing & maintenance is a plus.
Valid driving permit (suitable class for organisation vehicles).
Defensive pushing accreditation will be an added advantage.

A minimum of 2 - 4 years of demonstrated expertise as a specialist driver, ideally in a corporate or executive setting.
Exhibited document of safe pushing with no key accidents or violations.
Expertise managing executive transportation, VIP guests, or operating in entities where secrecy and discretion are critical.

Outstanding pushing competencies with a solid understanding of traffic rules and road safety.
Good navigation and route organizing abilities, which includes understanding with GPS and map-reading.
Robust schedule control and timeliness.
Competence, discretion, and capability to protect privacy.
Effective communication and people skills for interacting with senior leaders and guests.
Basic vehicle servicing & maintenance and diagnosing issues competencies.
High level of vigilance, patience, and flexibility to evolving plans.
