Job Description
Position Objective
The Chief of IT will head the strategic and business management of the organization’s tech structure, digital channels, and information operational structures in line with Shariah-conforming finance principles. The position will supervise tech organizing, cybersecurity, structure, digital transformation, and legal adherence, making sure that tech enables creative invention, effectiveness, and ethical service dispatch.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, Engineering, or a associated discipline (MSC preferred).
- At least 8–10 years of progressive expertise in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive function within financial solutions.
- Robust expertise with core banking operational structures, digital channels, and Technology infrastructure.
- Understanding with Islamic finance principles and Shariah-conforming processes is highly preferred.
