Requirement Supervising Evaluator at Mantrac Nigeria Limited in Lagos

Position Overview 

• Collaborate with clients, service and Sales teams to offer Requirement Supervising avenues and IB (incremental business) quotes with the objective of creating, through the PSSR, Incremental Business for Mantrac and informative and practical findings for the client to enhance the utilization and effectiveness of their Cat fleet.
• This will be accomplished by operating directly with the client either as part of an accepted Improved Requirement Supervising service for selected clients and/or through the Sales and Service teams for all clients.
• To offer repetitive development of the Nigeria Service Processes
• Ensure repetitive process of advancement takes place and that standardized processes are was aligned with.
• Co-ordination and management of Key Effectiveness Indicators.
• Recognize and execute Service Administrator Accounting Operational structures that precisely track results of the service processes.
• Offer full assist to the Service Business operations manager on further Critical projects.
• Execution of RPI-Fix Process Consolidation.
• Co-ordinate and manage development development in conjunction with the Service Business operations manager to guarantee accurate coverage.

Qualifications Education:

Academic qualification in Electrical and mechanical Engineering.

Expertise:

At least 2 years of expertise in service - Site service would be advantageous.
