Position Overview

Primary duties

• Logistics Process management: Supervise routine logistics processes, which includes transportation, warehousing, and stock management.
• Stock Chain Optimization: Evaluate and enhance stock chain processes to enhance effectiveness, reduce expenses, and improve client fulfillment.
• Team lead: Head and oversee a team of logistics experts, offering direction, development, and development avenues.
• Workflow optimization: Recognize zones for workflow optimization and execute modifications to improve output, reduce expenses, and improve client fulfillment.
• Client support: Ensure outstanding client support, responding to client questions and addressing client service issues.

Qualifications

• Bsc: Bsc in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• Expertise: 5+ years of expertise in logistics management, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Management abilities: Outstanding executive guidance and team leadership abilities, with expertise in top and inspiring teams.
• Critical thinking: Robust logical and analytical abilities, with expertise in evaluating data and optimizing stock chain processes.
• Verbal abilities: Clear articulation and people skills, with expertise in sharing information with participants, which includes clients, suppliers, and teammates.
