Position Overview

We are seeking a very driven and skilled Logistics coordinator to oversee our logistics processes, guarantee promptness dispatch of goods, and preserve outstanding client support. The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in logistics, clear articulation competencies, and the capability to operate under pressure.

Primary duties

• Oversee Logistics Processes: Strategize organize, and implement logistics processes, which includes transportation, warehousing, and stock management.
• Guarantee promptness Dispatch: Guarantee promptness dispatch of goods to clients, and settle any dispatch concerns promptly.
• Preserve Outstanding Client support: Offer outstanding client support, address client questions, and settle client service issues.
• Evaluate Logistics Data: Evaluate logistics data, recognize practices, and make strategic guidance to enhance logistics processes.
• Work alongside Cross-Operational Teams: Work alongside cross-operational teams, which includes sales, promotion, and procurement, to guarantee alignment and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bsc: Bsc in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• Expertise: 2-5 years of expertise in logistics, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Clear articulation Competencies: Clear articulation, interpersonal, and public speaking.
• Robust Critical thinking: Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate Under Pressure: Capability to operate under pressure and deliver on time.
