Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and meticulous Top level Auditor to assist our internal audit operation. This position includes carrying out audits, evaluating internal regulates, and making sure adherence with rules, standardized processes, and rules. The preferred candidate will possess a solid base in financial and business auditing, especially in dynamic environments like in-store or generation, and will support to ongoing development and risk risk reduction across the company.

Primary duties

• Carry out comprehensive audits of business, financial, and adherence methods
• Execute risk evaluations and assess the adequacy of internal regulates
• Evaluate finance records and methods to guarantee precision and adherence with within and outside the organization guidelines
• Recognize regulate differences and endorse practical, value-adding initiatives
• Organize audit documentation and report results to the Internal Audit Manager and applicable participants
• Check in on audit strategic guidance and track the execution of corrective actions
• Help during the formation of the internal audit strategy
• Preserve audit recordkeeping and operating papers in accordance with specialist guidelines
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to comprehend methods and settle audit concerns
• Assist external auditors during statutory audits

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
• A member of a professional body in advancement or finished (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA)
• At least 3–5years of internal audit expertise
• Reliable expertise in auditing guidelines, finance reporting, and risk mitigation strategy
• Practical experience in in-store, generation, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred
• Robust logical and issue resolution abilities
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and accounting/audit software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ACL)
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies
• High professional conduct, honesty and reliability, and meticulousness

• Expertise in IFRS and relevant compliance-related frameworks
• Capability to operate independently and manage various duty under pressure
