Role summary

We are recruiting a Top level Information System Audit officer to audit the IT Department and IT processes inside the Bank and compliance of IT projects (execution, new product migration, etc.)

Duties

• Audit of IT applications and the Core Banking System (T24 and its consolidation with other accounting applications or other applications)
• Audit of the guard of information operational structures and the various user approvals
• Evaluate the Network security Architecture of the Bank
• Audit of business continuity strategies (tests, etc.) DRP
• Formulate and carry out IT audit risk evaluation and IT internal audit programs covering Information security, operational structures, applications, and IT methods and in accordance with internal audit rules, standardized processes and structured approaches.
• Strategy and implement productive and efficient IT audit running test (e.g., Information security, network structure, operating operational structures, DB and data centers) and make sure that they are prompt and precise.
• Engage during the formation of the Yearly IT Audit Strategy
• Help with the information system portion of group internal audit tasks
• Engage during the formation and updating of the Bank's audit structured approach and standard procedures
• Engage in fraud inquiries connected with the information system
• Execute the CBN Cybersecurity Structure in conjunction with the IT Department
• Evaluate and test regulates in information tech operational structures and processes to guarantee information honesty and reliability, guard and business continuity.
• Execute any other obligations that may be allocated by the Chief Internal Regulate & Audit

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a relevant field
• At least 8 years of expertise
• Specialist qualifications which includes CISSP/ CISA/CISM/ISC2 or any other applicable IT qualifications
• ISO Qualifications
• Improved expertise in SQL and/or other programming languages
• Competence in application of MS Excel/Business intelligence, Robotics
• IT Audit Competencies or Expertise in T24 Application
• Capability and talent to operate with description, precision, speed, and precision.
