Role summary

To offer IT assistance to hope psbank by making sure most effective functioning of digital banking channels and channels, executing new initiatives, and preserving system stability and effectiveness.

Responsibilties

• Implement technical execution of new digital banking initiatives and upgrades.
• Produce routine, on a weekly basis, every month, and quarterly results and processes documentation.
• Carry out running test and deploying of status reports across Hope banking channels which includes USSD, Internet Banking, Agency, and Mobile channels.
• Execute uninterrupted supervising of financial record across all banking channels to guarantee smooth processes.
• Offer second-level assist to the Hope PSBank Client Care team.
• Track routine transaction flow on Hope’s processing system (HDP).
• Supervise asset utilization and effectiveness of the Hope Digital Operational base servers.
• Track and oversee concerns using a organized problem resolution system.
• Carry out routine supervising and effectiveness checks on the Hope Core Banking Application (PRIME).
• Execute and confirm routine data backup standardized processes.
• Perform allocated as-needed duty to help desk and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree / B.Technology / bachelor's in engineering Academic qualification in Information Tech, Computer Science, Engineering, or other applicable Submitted application Sciences.
• 4 - 6 years related experience in system unification, software running test, or QA.
• Expertise with agency banking initiatives is a robust advantage.

Competencies & Skills:

• Competence in Postgress, MS SQL Steward management studio
• Good diagnosing issues and critical thinking.
• Good documented and spoken communication competencies and outstanding cooperative competencies.
