Role summary

We are looking for a driven Social media personnel with a minimum of one year of expertise to oversee and improve our social platforms channels. You will be in charge of producing compelling content, building our corporate identity presence, and linking with our audience across various channels.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute social platforms plans to grow corporate identity consciousness and relation.
• Oversee routine posting and content planning across channels, which includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Produce, curate, and refine captivating content (images, videos, copy) tailored to each operational base.
• Track, address, and engage with followers and group members.
• Track and evaluate key indicators to enhance content and marketing.
• Stay informed with the latest social platforms practices and operational base status reports.
• Work alongside the promotion team to align social platforms initiatives with entire promotion targets.
• Help in organizing and carrying out social platforms marketing and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, or relevant field preferred.
• At least 1 year of expertise in social platforms management or digital promotion.
• Verified ability to produce compelling content and oversee various channels.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms data analysis and analytics platforms.
• Clear articulation and innovative skilled in writing.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Basic expertise in graphic design and visual content editing will be an added advantage.
