About the Position

• As a Customer experience Executive at Moove, you will play a main responsibility in making sure our customers' fulfillment and success.
• Your duties will comprise of building solid connections with clients, comprehension their needs, and proactively dealing with any concerns or matters.
• You will collaborate with cross-operational teams to supply initiatives, offer product findings, and support to the entire growth of customer accounts.
• This position proposals an promising offer to promote customer interaction, advance retention, and support to the ongoing development of Moove's goods and solutions.

Duties What You’ll be Doing

• Supervising drivers’ effectiveness.
• Carrying out routine arrival processing on drivers’ pulse.
• Assisting drivers.
• Solving driver's concerns while drivers are in transit.
• Receiving incoming calls from drivers.
• Making outgoing calls to drivers.
• Carrying out driver survey.
• Organizing data from drivers survey
• Responsibility of all Moove vehicles
• Making sure that drivers obey compliance standards as laid down by the organization.
• Making sure that drivers get the right information from the organization.

Performance indicators

• Routine retention targets as % of return walk-ins
• On a weekly basis churn targets
• Routine Ticket outcomes for DPs basis physical and remote engagements
• Routine Driver effectiveness basis stock hours and trip targets of the city
• Routine assisting DPs grow income if SH is at the most effective level, tracked through week-on-week DP income
• Entire DP project sample supervising basis assigned count of DPs
