• At least 7 - 10 years of expertise in financial funding sales, financial support mobilization, or deposit mobilization within a financial institution, ideally in banking, microfinance, or a reputable finance organisation.
• A robust track document of lifting depositsand building investor trust.
• The capability to hit the ground runningand take full ownership of plan and implementation, top a team towards aggressive growth targets.
• Deep knowledge of financial funding and project sample management.
