Role summary

The IT support Admin is in charge of coordinating, preserving, and assisting the company’s Technology infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, and guard operational structures. This position ensures the productive process, effectiveness, and guard of IT support while offering IT assistance to users.

Primary duties

• Install, set up, and preserve servers, networks, and other Technology infrastructure.
• Supervise operations effectiveness and diagnose issues concerns to guarantee most effective uptime and reliability.
• Oversee user accounts, permissions, and entry rights across various channels.
• Execute and support operations guard rules, firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup initiatives.
• Ensure frequent updates and patching of all operational structures to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Offer IT assistance to employees, which includes hardware, software, and network access diagnosing issues.
• Preserve and modify recordkeeping of system settings, methods, and standardized processes.
• Organize with vendors and service vendors for IT systems support and procurement.
• Strategy and assist Technology infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Guarantee adherence with IT rules, information security rules, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a System Admin, Network systems administrator, or similar position.
• Solid understanding of system guard, backup/recovery standardized processes, and tracking software.
• Competence with Windows/Linux steward environments, virtual machines (VMware/Hyper-V), and User access directory.
• Expertise with network management (LAN, WAN, VPN) and firewall setup.
• Outstanding issue resolution and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various duty.
