Promotion Executive at Tune Afrique in Lekki, Lagos

Role description

This position will be in charge of assisting the implementation of promotion plans that lead visibility, relation, and income for our distributed artists and labels. You’ll collaborate with artists, A&R, DSPs (like Spotify, Apple Audio selections, YouTube), and internal teams to strategy and organize release marketing, social platforms content, paid campaigns, and corporate identity strategic collaborations. The preferred candidate is both outcomes-driven and culturally tuned in, with a enthusiasm for digital audio selections, self-sufficient artists, and the streaming landscape.

Content & Digital Promotion:

• Produce and oversee social platforms calendars and content across organisation and artist-facing channels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Assist the generation of advertising assets (videos, graphics, ads) in partnership with UI/UX professionals and editors.      
• Track and documentation on marketing effectiveness across community-related, email, and paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

Market & Trend Evaluation:

• Track audio selections promotion practices, fan relation tactics, and operational base algorithm modifications (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Carry out attractive analysis and audience findings to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Support creative thoughts to team brainstorms and long-term promotion plans.
