Primary duties

• Supervise all phases of civil engineering projects from start to finalization.
• Oversee delivery schedules, financial plans, assets, and participant information exchange.
• Guarantee adherence with building rules and safety guidelines.
• Organize cross-operational teams which includes architects, surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and authorize project designs and engineering requirements.
• Settle system problems and preserve standards regulate throughout implementation.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Civil Engineering or a associated discipline (Master’s is a plus).
• At least 10 years of expertise in building project coordination.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Competence in project coordination resources (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Registration with COREN or equivalent specialist body is preferred.
