Explanation

As the Superintendent Pharmacy professional (Compliance-related), you will be accountable for managing all pharmaceutical and compliance-related components of the organization’s processes. This comprises making sure full adherence with compliance-related bodies which includes the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and NAFDAC, coordinating the registration of organisation premises and goods, and directing the approval and dispatch of pharmaceutical goods. You will also offer direction in preserving compliance guidelines, assist internal teams which includes sales, Quality control/Quality assurance, and processes, and coordinate productively with external compliance-related and health governing bodies.

Responsibilties

  • Conceptualizes plans and standardized processes to guarantee legal adherence.
  • Verify that every legal & regulatory documents are filed and check adherence with legal provisions and rules.
  • In charge of authorisation of generation, Batch Production operations Document (BMRs), and content evaluation
  • Make sure all specialist initiatives undertaken by you or under your regulate are covered by adequate specialist indemnity cover.
  • Ensures Good Production operations Practice (GMP) is was aligned with
  • Registration of goods with the National Agency for Food Drugs. Management and Regulate (NAFDAC)
  • Make sure that Generation and production operations processes are carried out in adherence with the ongoing WHO GMP, National Compliance-related Authority Standard (NAFDAC, PCN, Federal Ministry of Work and Productivity), and NIS ISO 9001:2015.
  • Coordinating with with bodies which includes the Pharmaceutical Group of the Manufacturers Affiliation of Nigeria (PMGMAN), National Agency for Food Drugs Management and Regulate (NAFDAC), Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Federal and State Ministries of Health, Customs and Excise Governing bodies
  • Managing of market service issues with Quality control/Quality assurance
  • Supervise the registration and agreement extension of the premises (Which includes Warehouse) permit with the Pharmacy professional Council of Nigeria (PCN) yearly as contained in chapter 152 of the pharmacy law.
  • Supervise the initiatives of the compliance-related unit as it matters adherence, registration, and agreement extension of permits.
  • Stay abreast of GMP, Pharmacovigilance, and CGMP standard procedures regarding product development and adherence
  • Processing and acquiring chemical license for Dana Group of companies
  • Make sure that all lawful and specialist qualifications covering processes in the premises are was aligned with
  • Leading the management and internal customers to adhere with compliance obligations
  • Involvement in support, public corporate duty program and sustains a cordial connection with participants within the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least M.Pharm Academic qualification
  • Must be a authorized Pharmacy professional
  • 7 - 8 years of expertise in compliance-related and generation
  • Clear articulation Competencies.
