Job Description

The Promotion Officer is in charge of pushing customer conversion, corporate identity visibility, and income increase through strategic promotion and customer interaction endeavors.
This position includes recognizing commercial opportunities, supporting the organization’s FX solutions to potential customers, and coordinating client connections.
The preferred candidate should possess a good comprehension of financial goods, especially foreign exchange solutions, and have robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.

Acquire and onboard new customers for forex financial record (corporates, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals).
Oversee and develop current client connections to retain and grow customer base.
Teach possibility customers on the BDC’s solutions, exchange rates, and adherence qualifications.
Serve as a customer communication link, making sure prompt solution of questions and service issues.
Help in carrying out promotional initiatives across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
Advance the corporate identity through targeted outreach, which includes cold calls, social platforms, emails, and customer visits.
Dispatch marketing assets and ensure the organization’s presence at applicable events or forums.
Work alongside the promotion team to produce compelling content for consciousness and head production.
Track FX industry trends, customer preferences, and rival proposals.
Offer input on market terms and client needs to mentor corporate plan.
Recognize new commercial opportunities and specialty markets for growth.
Track and documentation business promotion & sales key indicators.
Verify that every customer collaborations adhere with CBN, AML/CFT, and KYC rules.
Collect and confirm necessary customer recordkeeping for account setup and orientation.
Collaborate with adherence to guarantee customers comprehend their status updates and compliance-related obligations.

At least a Bachelor's degree. Or Higher national diploma in Promotion, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
At least 2–4 years of expertise in sales, promotion, or business development, ideally in financial solutions or BDC processes.
Comprehension foreign exchange solutions and compliance structure is a robust advantage.
Expertise in Crypto, USDT, is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building, and bargaining ability.
Robust documented and spoken communication abilities.
Objective-oriented with a track document of meeting or exceeding targets.
Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
Competence in Office productivity software and CRM resources.
