Show complete competence in top financial due diligence collaborations.
Evaluate financial and business outcomes of businesses to be obtained or sold through analyzing financial records and carrying out interviews with management.
Show operational competence in growth plans, market entry evaluations, project sample assessments, strategic options evaluation, business enhancements and business-related due diligence.
Show remarkable abilities in project implementation, project coordination, issue resolution, and facilitation.
Formulate outstanding customer connections at the suitable customer level and be in charge of strong level of customer satisfaction with the relation process and work goods.
Help in business development initiatives which includes getting ready demonstrations and participating pursuit sessions with customers to assist sell work and be in charge of nurturing an launch and welcoming work environment.

Bsc in Business, Accounting, Finance and/or associated fields.
Master of business administration or Business inclined MSC an asset.
ACA and/or CFA accreditation and/or associated accreditation.
5 - 7 years of related experience in financial due diligence, transaction consultative, head consultative, transaction diligence, transaction plan and implementation, within a consultancy environment.
Expertise with IFRS.
Fluent in English.
Improved business drafting and spoken communication competencies; active listening competencies, good (inter)personal verbal abilities and public speaking competencies.
Capability to formulate people which includes directing employees productively, offering feedback criticism/development and carry out effectiveness assessments.
Outstanding critical thinking and the trust to convert sophisticated data into meaningful findings.
