Duties

• Sales Development: Recognize and pursue new sales avenues through relationship building, client recommendations, and outreach endeavors.
• Customer interaction: Build and preserve solid connections with customers, leading them through the sales process and dealing with their needs.
• Real estate Showings: Carry out real estate tours, offering customers with complete information about listings and their unique capabilities.
• Business promotion strategy: Work alongside the promotion team to produce and execute efficient promotional initiatives that advance our properties and solutions.
• Content Formation: Help in conceptualizing compelling content across multiple channels, which includes social platforms, websites, and marketing assets.
• Market Evaluation: Perform study on industry trends and rival initiatives to guide business promotion & sales plans.
• Event Synchronization: Strategy and engage in launch houses, group events, and advertising initiatives to identify potential clients and grow visibility.
• Status updates: Track sales effectiveness and business promotional effort performance, offering frequent updates for executive review.

Qualifications
