Responsibilties

• Design and organize a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
• Formulate new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Ensure uniformity, quality, and visual communication of all pastry goods.
• Supervise routine baking processes and organize with kitchen employees.
• Oversee stock of baking ingredients and order inventory as needed.
• Preserve cleanliness, company, and hygiene guidelines in the pastry kitchen.
• Track baking methods and guarantee alignment to food safety rules.
• Educate and oversee pastry assistants and entry-level bakery chef.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have applicable credentials with a minimum of 1 year work expertise.
