Servicing & maintenance Executive at Moove Africa in Lagos

About the Position

• As a Servicing & maintenance Executive at Moove , you will be an integral part of our processes, making sure the most effective functioning and upkeep of our assets.
• Your position includes responsibility for monitoring servicing & maintenance plans, carrying out inspections, and managing repairs to assurance the safety and reliability of our tools and facilities.
• Partnering with a devoted team, you will support to the smooth process of our solutions, upholding Moove's guidelines of effectiveness and quality.

Duties What You’ll be Doing:

• Organize, timetable, and audit vehicle servicing & maintenance repairs, to comprise of preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to the fleet.
• Take calls from suppliers looking for approval to carry out servicing & maintenance and repairs.
• Scrutinise supplier quotes to guarantee most effective pricing in each market and make sure that servicing & maintenance being done is valid and suitable
• Guarantee standard, adherence, and safety of Moove's assets
• Regulate and track fix expenses (parts and work) in line with the servicing & maintenance financial support
• Bargain goodwill requests from OEM for repairs that are just outside of the warranty parameters
• Process the Coverage requests in line with Regulatory framework qualifications and documentation on them productively as and when necessary
• Make sure that all Coverage requests are finished expediently and vehicles brought back to process in the at least timeframe
• Build, Oversee, Measure, and Sustain connections with Suppliers and Fix outlets to guarantee that uptime of Fleet is maximised
• Ongoing development mentality regarding methods and operational structures to produce efficiencies and synergies
• Ad Hoc inquiries and initiatives as necessary from time to time.

Performance indicators

• Time bound fleet assessment and documentation production as per strategy checklist (Only if in our Parking lot )
• Forecasting project setup for repairs ( Tyres, Suspension, aesthetic, electricals & Battery)
• Collation of all data and in sync team to settle concerns Prompt closure of Fix expresses dissatisfaction
• Manage team of On Road assist
• Workshop overview synchronization for Problem vehicle or inventory in WS more than 4 days GMS/7 DAYS Accidents
• Direction / decision for coverage claim vs repairs
• Synchronization with RSA/Towing Crane for workshop allotment Geography wise.
• Direction / decision for coverage claim vs repairs if claim then Claim Intimation recordkeeping,Workshop visits .
• Synchronization with workshop/Surveyor on routine status
• Coverage Google sheet status reports
• Daily update on requests.

Directly status updates to our Servicing & maintenance Manager, and closely operating with our Processes Team.
