Overview

We are looking for a Sales officer that will be in charge of recognizing and closing sales solutions to the target market thereby rising corporate identity consciousness and sales in engagement to Dialysis and renal treatment across our centres in Benin and environs.

Duties

• Produce consciousness of the Rencare and Oncoclinics’ corporate identity.
• Formulate and execute a business promotion strategy for a wider business promotion & sales program.
• Assess and evaluate promotional initiatives, and ensure the accurate mediums are being used and marketing are efficient.
• Liaise with target target groups, build and formulate client connections.
• Acquire business promotion & sales avenues and place adds in the press or on the radio.
• Participate events which includes professional forums, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Acquire and secure sponsorship (Where relevant).
• Organize the efficient allocation of promotional assets.
• Preserve and modify patients’ databases.
• Carry out market analysis, for example using client questionnaires and concentration groups.
• Formulate connections with primary stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
• Track promotion effectiveness and organize on a weekly basis or every month documentation for management.
• Track and documentation on rival activity.
• Supervise and oversee the promotion financial plan.
• Arrange outreaches and marketing

Credentials

• Bsc / H.N.D in Healthcare Management, Business promotion / sales or associated discipline.
• A member of a professional body from any applicable specialist body is a plus.
• Two -Three years of expertise inside the healthcare industry.
