Job Description

We are looking for a highly proficient IT systems support Technician to offer technical support and assist for hardware, software, and network associated concerns across the company.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of diagnosing issues IT challenges, preserving operational structures, and making sure smooth daily processes for final users.
This position requires competence in Microsoft Azure, cloud structure, and Information security industry standards.

Bsc in Information Tech, Computer Science, or a relevant field (or equivalent work expertise).
1-3 years of expertise in IT systems support, helpdesk, or IT assistance positions.
Competence in diagnosing issues Windows, macOS, and Linux operating operational structures.
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure management, which includes Azure AD, virtual machines, and cloud guard.
Solid understanding of User access directory, Workspace 365, relationship building procedures, and cloud-based solutions.
Understanding with ticketing operational structures and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Expertise in cybersecurity industry standards, firewalls, and endpoint guard.
Capability to operate independently and jointly in a dynamic environment.
Robust analytical abilities, client support onboarding, and clear articulation abilities.
