• This position supports to FrieslandCampina’s success by making sure the prompt and precise collection and confirmation of local material master, Vendor Master, Client and other local objects data in a SAP operational structures of CBM (PE1) and any other applicable operational structures, which includes GS1.
• The Local Master Data Supervisor is in charge of the establishment and management of all local master data in SAP and delivers the routine methods necessary for the prompt and premium quality processing of all necessary data (in SAP).

Business Evaluation:

• Evaluate stock chain effectiveness data to recognize practices, concerns, and avenues for advancement.
• Formulate and preserve dashboards and documentation to assist functions, predicting, and stock management.
• Collaborate with cross-operational teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, organizing, IT) to collect specifications and enhance stock chain methods.
• Recognize zones to reduce expenses, elevate support levels, and improve stock chain effectiveness.
• Assistance network implementations, upgrades, and upgrades connected with Enterprise platform planning or SCM resources (e.g., SAP, OMP, DMS, SAP HANA).
• Work alongside IT and data teams to guarantee information accuracy and accessibility for status updates and evaluation.
• Offer findings to assist requirement organizing, capacity organizing, and generation planning.
• Track KPIs which includes OTIF (On Time In Full), stock turnover, head time, and stock chain cost.
• Engage in ongoing development programs through sessions and tracking resources.

Master Data:

• Centrally offering and oversee the local Material, Client and Vendor master data in all (SAP) operational structures of CBM.
• Collect, check, entering, organize, preserve and oversee the local  Material, Client and Vendor master data in SAP and other operational structures.
• Filling in and checking of received standard application forms (which includes Article Application Form for Material, Client and Vendor Domain)
• The supervise of the results of entering the data for the full scope of process
• Spot discrepancies in the supplied data and the appeal of the candidates to keep to standard.
• Periodically clean up and preserve the local Material, Client and Vendor Master Data in all (SAP) operational structures of CBM, which includes status updates and evaluation
• The periodic cleaning and preserving MMD, CMD and VMD in  SAP operational structures ( PE1) using SAP resources, Excel and Every Angle
• Executing mass modifications in local MMD, CMD and VMD with background of projects or advancement actions
• Organizing (KPI) documentation on material, Client and Vendor master data and run a cause evaluation and drawing up and executing advancement proposals
• First point of reach out for local Material, Client and Vendor Master Data and serve as a full work collaboratively for Worldwide Master Data service Centre, all associated disciplines within CBM and PTO/SUMMIT
• Organizing, coordinating, preserving and recording standardized processes and work directions connected with Material, Client and Vendor Master data governance, possibly in teamwork with Worldwide Master Data service Centre.
• Data consultant and key user for Material Master, Client Master and Vendor Master Data.
• The ongoing development of its methods, operational structures and resources for coordinating local material, Client and Vendor master data by commencing and conceptualizing zones of advancement, which includes optimizing associated MMD, CMD and VMD methods.

Team lead:

Operationally directs, trainers, conceptualizes members of the own project team, and provides input for evaluation.
