Receipting Settlement Executive 1 at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited in Lagos

Job Description

Work is on-line real time using Excel spreadsheet software Workbook and SAP Harmonie.
Heavy reliance on Web API software instrument for smooth running of the automated receipting system.
The Auto-receipting Officer solutions all Sales workspaces and Client support centers across the Country
Work comprises connection with banks and the Financial matching Unit for uploads into Web API.
Financial environment is acutely fraud prone where financial documents can be forged/ counterfeited.

Follow Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) regulatory framework which includes the TotalEnergies Golden Regulations and use of Stop Card.
Upload bank collections routine at at least 9 different time intervals from the Web API to SAP/ HARMONIE thus posting to Clients/ Vendors accounts.
Make sure that the uploads are not duplicated.
Organize Routine Settlement Documentation between MT940 and Web API financial record bank by bank.
Participate promptly to requests on missing financial record, un-receipted entries and any auto-receipting concerns.
Coordinate with the banks and business development team on solution of auto-receipting concerns.
Coordinate with Financial matching Unit on outstanding credits not receipted in the clients’ account and settle routine.
Coordinate with the banks to guarantee Vendors’ accounts and POS are remapped once there is a vendor adjustment.
Treat receipting exceptions routine.
Organize Statistics Documentation on MT940 Offset, Auto-Receipting Modify Documentation, Cashflow (Network and General Trade) Documentation and Every month Cashflow Documentation.

Bachelor's degree. or Higher national diploma.
At least 2 years work expertise.
Must be communicate effectively, logical, quantitative power, high honesty and reliability, good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
