Duties

• Conceptualizes and executes plans for business development for the SME Team
• Pitch coverage goods to SME Market
• Scope the market and carry out thorough evaluation of the sector and region handled with a view to growing the SME market distribute.
• Sets suitable targets for the Team in line with entire corporate targets. Track the targets on a every month basis.
• Oversee and lead the initiatives of Financial Consultants inside the Unit.
• Formulate and execute plans towards making sure the optimization of connection with our associates.
• Leads the connection management initiatives inside the team which includes the servicing & maintenance of the necessary level of connection with Brokers.
• Grow the volume of financial record from the brokers handled by the team
• Establish a structure for the formation of value added solutions to customers inside the SME ecosystem.
• Produce a system that will ensure productive operating connection with other business development team in other to meet the organization’s target for the team in addition to the mid market / SME project sample.
• Collaborate with the Development team in the development and development of the Team’s staff.
• Delivers mentoring and training to members of the team.
• Leads the project setup, execution and accomplishment of the team’s financial plan and all other accepted initiatives towards the accomplishment of the organization’s corporate targets.
• Make sure that all team’s processes are carried out in line with the entire organisation's guidelines.
• Organize the evaluate, updating and supervising of applicable team dash boards, offering the organization with current evaluation of allocation effectiveness in addition to endorsement to enhance sales and profit margin
• Make sure that adequate reinsurance structured is effected for all risks documented by the Team.
• Ensures accurate evaluation of risks proposed for coverage in addition to offering equitable terms.
• Ensure consistent engagements with the Requests team in other to guarantee the uninterrupted refining of our pricing, terms and terms. In addition to the consistent modify of outstanding requests reserves
• Oversee the precise collecting of data and client recordkeeping, making sure submitting operational structures are current at all times
• Provides risk advancement guidance and initiative to customers where necessary.
