Materials Organizer III at Scruples Resource Limited in Lagos

Main Operation

The Materials Organizer will execute andor oversee all of the initiatives necessary to enable efficient comprehensive synchronization of materials in assist of Projects. Serves as the interface between the business unit and procurement. Actively interacts with organizing, stock, vendors, buyers and servicing & maintenance on a routine basis by offering client assistance, efficient & prompt correspondence, alignment with business procedures/regulates and a high level of materials and solutions fulfillment for on-site servicing & maintenance initiatives.

Duties Level I:

• Confirm materials accessibility for all planned outage/organized and emergent work, offer stock chain input into Plant/Mine tools servicing & maintenance plans where requested
• Organize efficient and productive logistics qualifications for Standard procedure and Shutdown work
• Advise with Procurement, OEM and vendors to formulate industry standards, standardized processes and guidelines regarding materials accessibility
• Offer regular updates on material accessibility to necessary parties (i.e., business, stock chain) and Head in root cause evaluation for was unsuccessful stock chain methods • Recognize avenues to use Business Line Materials and destock stock (utilize inventory on hand)
• Shape B/L to select materials on hand or from preferred vendors
• Utilise proper material code with an accord supplier
• Utilise proper material code with a non-accord supplier
• Operating in the Planner Cockpit (SAP PM rather than MM Module)
• In charge of P2P recycle, recognizing root causes, and pushing outcomes
• Organize with logistics supervisor for prompt material dispatch
• Prompt requisitions for break ins MDG requester for master data modifications and enhancements
• Offer direction and support to the requester and supplier for getting a Vendor Master document produced in SAP
• Recognize SAP data concerns

Level II:

• Offer input on a risk-based tools spares inventory that optimizes reliability versus cost
• Formulate and preserve an outstanding operating connection with assisting departments, advance a ongoing development mind set
• Help with returning parts to inventory and/or vendor for credit, and core management inside the mining industry
• Help the business in carrying out system financial record and synchronization of the logistics for fix and return inventory materials

Level III:

• Recognize avenues for material master formation to reduce free texting for recurring material orders
• Help in the management of tools spare parts lists
• Engage/head risk evaluations and hazard observations
• Offer assistance to business and organizing company by checking that on-site qualifications for noncore solutions vendors are handled before vendor arrives at on-site (i.e. safety development, commute and guest accommodation accommodations, vehicle pass)

Qualifications

• Previous expertise in a strongly connected role
• Bsc necessary
• Comprehensive expertise in SAP material catalogs and search resources
• Comprehensive expertise in how and where materials are used in the plant
• Improved schedule control competencies • Outstanding analytical abilities
• Improved documented and spoken communication communications competencies • Shaping with and without authority
• Company competencies.
