Executive manager, Guard at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in Sagamu, Ogun

Position Overview

We are looking for a Executive manager, Guard to head the development, execution, and monitoring of strong protection plans that protect staff, assets, facilities, and processes across all production operations plants in-field. This position ensures adherence with corporate rules, Good Production operations Procedures (GMP), compliance obligations, and Health, safety, and environment guidelines, while nurturing an environment that fosters vigilance and safety.

Duties

• Formulate and execute complete guard plans in sync with corporate targets.
• Head and oversee the guard team to guarantee full coverage across all changes and facilities.
• Supervise authorization, ID card issuance, and visitor management procedures.
• Track and preserve Closed-circuit television operational structures and organize physical guard checks.
• Oversee vehicle entry and exit to stop intrusion entry and loss.
• Recognize and evaluate possibility guard threats, vulnerabilities, and risks across the on-site.
• Explore incidents of theft, fraud, and breaches, and endorse corrective actions.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies on guard matters as required.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance obligations, GMP, and Health, safety, and environment guidelines.
• Assist within and outside the organization audits by getting ready and demonstrating guard recordkeeping.
• Formulate and test crisis-management and evacuation strategies routinely.
• Arrange development sessions and consciousness marketing for employees and service providers on guard standardized processes.

Certification & Expertise

• Bsc in Guard Studies, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a relevant field.
• Applicable specialist qualifications which includes CPP, PSP, or equivalent are a desirable asset.
• At least 8–10 years’ expertise in industrial guard management, ideally inside the production operations sector.

Essential skills:

• Effective guidance, logical, and crisis management abilities.
• Deep understanding of modern physical guard operational structures (e.g., Closed-circuit television, biometrics).
• Understanding with GMP, Health, safety, and environment, and compliance guidelines in pharmaceutical environments.
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing, which includes system issue and risk documentation drafting.
