Job Description

Formulate and implement strategic business development strategies to grow the organization’s customer base and income streams.
Recognize and develop strategic collaborations with primary stakeholders, investors, and corporate customers.
Head market analysis and market benchmarking to guide new product development and market entry plans.
Supervise the advancement and sales of loan and financial funding goods, making sure alignment with company's concentration.
Work alongside the top management to establish medium to long-term strategic objectives and market growth avenues.
Head and oversee the business development team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and effectiveness requirements.
Stand for the organization at industry events, forums, and relationship building processes.
Formulate proposals, demonstrations, and financial projections to assist new programs
Preserve solid understanding of financial practices, rival initiatives, and compliance-related modifications affecting the industry.
Verify that every business development initiatives are in sync with adherence, risk, and business guidelines.

Bsc in Business Management, Finance, Promotion, or a relevant field (Master of business administration is a plus).
At least 7 years of progressive expertise in business development or sales inside the financial solutions sector (Mandatory).
Established history of pushing growth and conceptualizing high-effect plans.
Deep knowledge of loan and financial funding goods, financial professional guidance, and customer connection management.
Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and bargaining ability.
Capability to operate independently and jointly in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with logical mentality and strategic judgment abilities.
