Position Overview

We are looking for a in charge and dependable Formal Car Driver to offer safe, productive, and on time transportation solutions for organisation senior leaders, employees, and formal errands. The preferred candidate should be well-versed in pushing procedures, vehicle servicing & maintenance, and courteous carry out.

Primary duties

• Safely lead organisation senior leaders and employees to formal sessions, assignments, and other destinations as necessary.
• Preserve high personal hygiene, proper dress code, and specialist conduct while active.
• Ensure the allocated vehicle is kept clean, in good operating requirement, and routinely serviced.
• Carry out standard procedure checks on the vehicle’s requirement (oil, brake operation, water, lights, tire pressure, etc.).
• Keep precise records of trips, fuel usage, servicing & maintenance, and any incidents.
• Promptly documentation any accidents, injuries, or vehicle loss to the suitable authority.
• Guarantee adherence with traffic legal provisions and organisation rules at all times.
• Help in running formal errands and supplies as directed.
• Protect privacy and discretion with all formal collaborations and passengers.
• Organize vehicle servicing & maintenance plans and coordinate with service vendors when necessary.
