Role summary

The Health, safety, and environment Officer will be in charge of making sure health, safety, and ecological adherence in the solar panel production operations plant. This comprises executing safety rules, supervising risks, and supporting an environment that fosters safe work procedures.

Primary duties

• Formulate, execute, and ensure adherence to Health, safety, and environment rules and standardized processes .
• Carry out risk evaluations and endorse preventive measures.
• Educate employees on safety procedures, crisis-management, and PPE usage.
• Track day-to-day activities to guarantee adherence with ecological legal provisions.
• Explore office accidents, organize documentation, and execute corrective actions.
• Keep documentation of safety inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Ecological Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• At least 4 years of expertise in Health, safety, and environment within production operations/industrial settings.

• Capability to educate and encourage staff on safety culture.
• Clear expression and executive guidance abilities.
