Role summary

The Customer Purchase Head will be in charge of pushing business expansion by recognizing, compelling, and changing high-possibility potential opportunities into long-term strategic customers. The position requires a commercially minded individual who can head a team, oversee sophisticated sales cycles, and work cross-functional units to align customer purchase plans with organisation targets.

Duties

• Head the development and implementation of plans to recognize and secure new customers.
• Oversee and train the Customer Purchase Colleagues and other entry-level team members.
• Build and preserve a robust sales pipeline across sectors applicable to the organization’s service offerings.
• Carry out market analysis to comprehend target industries, customer needs, and attractive positioning.
• Work alongside the Plan and Agency Processes teams to produce customized pitches and proposals.
• Preserve a clear status updates system to track directs, transformation rates, and purchase effectiveness.
• Stand for the organization at relationship building events, pitches, and business sessions.
• Organize consistent documentation and status reports for the Head Business-related Officer.
• Preserve a deep knowledge of the organization’s value proposition and actively convey it to potential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Business or relevant field.
• 5+ years of expertise in business development, sales, or customer purchase.
• Expertise in the media, advising, brand identity, or promotion industry is highly preferred.
• Effective guidance, interpersonal, and verbal abilities.
• Established history of meeting or exceeding purchase targets.
• Robust visual communication and pitch development competencies.
• Understanding with CRM resources and modern sales methods.
• Capability to head a team while also closing high-value agreements directly.
