Process Evaluator at Watu Credit Limited in Nigeria

Position objective

• Empower operating teams by pushing effectiveness, making sure responsibility and business honesty and reliability.
• You will produce new methods and operational structures in addition to enhance current ones.
• The preferred candidate is a well-rounded, analytics-based businessperson who surpasses in data evaluation, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and information exchange.

Primary duties

• Accomplish strong insight of business needs and methods.
• Engage corporate decision-makers on ongoing methods, differences, and expected modifications.
• Optimize productivity through workflow visualization and recognition of avenues.
• Produce operational structures for operating teams to use, primarily in Google Cloud Operational base.
• Offer starting development and assist for operating teams until they are self-sufficient.
• Design and carry out strategic trials to quantitatively recognize industry standards.

SQL. Spreadsheet management.

Credentials (Preferred):

• Academic qualification in a quantitative site; Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econ, Math, MIS.
• Dashboarding.
• Python.
