Explanation and Targets

SCIDaR is looking for to participate a appropriate, certified, and proficient Monitoring, evaluation, research and learning Associate to assist our programs and projects.  The successful applicant will play a vital function in making sure the performance and effect of our programs by executing strong M&E operational structures, carrying out analysis, and coordinating corporate learning. The Monitoring, evaluation, research and learning Associate will work cohesively with the programme manager and employees across applicable teams to guarantee productive and efficient management of analysis project, and oversight of data enumerators. The position may also comprise of comprehensive drafting tasks which includes scientific articles; analysis procedures; captivating case studies; programme documentation among others.

Analysis:

• Perform study studies, which includes baseline and endline surveys, effect evaluations, and market analysis.
• Evaluate and analyze analysis findings to guide programme design and strategic judgment.
• Stay current with market trends and industry standards in Monitoring, evaluation, research and learning and integrate applicable advancements into our programs.

Data governance:

• Ensure the precision, thoroughness, and guard of project data.
• Formulate and oversee data storage and archiving operational structures.
• Assist data accuracy guarantee endeavors, which includes data cleaning and confirmation.

Education and Expertise

• MSC in a applicable field (e.g., community-related sciences, international development, statistics, or a associated discipline). PhD academic qualification is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&E, analysis, and learning during the formation or humanitarian sector.
• Robust data evaluation competencies and competence in data evaluation software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA, or R).
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Expertise with quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
• Robust project coordination competencies and meticulousness.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Expertise in related sector guidelines and industry standards in Monitoring, evaluation, research and learning.

Expertise:

Expertise: At least five (5) years of related experience in analysis, scientific drafting and publishing with evidence of authorship in peer-examined articles in reputable transaction entries; Specialist verifying: Expertise using statistical logical instrument which includes Excel, STATA, SPSS, SAS or other software is essential. Good expertise in the development and deploying of digital data collection resources which includes koboToolbox, Launch Data Kit (Android), REDCap. Advising expertise in plan, analysis, and international development in a reputable community health company or development advisory firm is a key plus.
