Position Overview

• The Church Strategic planning and operations Officer (COSO) is in charge of pushing the business and strategic programs of the church.
• The COSO will organize and implement all projects, programs, and events in line with the church’s yearly calendar and corporate targets.
• The position make sure that the church’s processes are organized for effectiveness and in sync with its aspiration.

Data governance & Findings:

Formulate operational structures for collecting, evaluating, and status updates data from programs and events. Use data findings to endorse enhancements, and mentor strategic judgment on which programs to proceed or halt.

Business improvement:

Assist the development and ongoing development of the church’s business framework. Lead programs that improve effectiveness, performance, and responsibility inside the church.

Credentials & Expertise

• A academic qualification in Project coordination, Business Management, Public Management, or relevant field.
• 3+ years’ expertise in project coordination, programme synchronization, or corporate processes.
• Robust data governance and status updates competencies.
• Clear articulation and participant relation competencies.
• Expertise operating within a faith-based or non-profit company is a plus.
