• If you are those people, the Norwegian Refugee Council in Nigeria is seeking an passionate and driven  Human resources Organizer to join our team in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. 
• The Human resources Organizer is in charge of assisting the strategic dispatch of Human resources processes across NRC Nigeria, with a primary concentration on Professional growth (L&D), Human resources assist for collaboration projects, hiring process, and management.
• The position will supervise Human resources methods connected with NRC’s strategic collaborations, making sure full adherence with donor rules and national work legal provisions.

Professional growth:

In charge of the synchronization and carrying out NRC Ways induction courses according to set timelines for all employees in Nigeria in close synchronization with NRC Way Trainers in the different site workspaces. Head the execution of the Yearly Professional growth Strategize making sure alignment with worldwide key focuses and active relation of managers to improve employees capacity  Assist the strengthening of NRC’s Results tracking system by development line managers and employees on the process and efficient use of the resources accessible in NRC People
