Job Description

The Materials and Tools Manager is in charge of the comprehensive synchronization of materials, plant, and equipmentfor the project.
This comprises warehousing, haulage, in-field allocation, stock tracking, and on-time completion of materials in line with the building and business timelines.
The position ensures most effective material flow, minimized inventory-outs or overstocking, and delivers precise recordkeeping for audit and regulate purposes.
The Materials Organizer plays a vital function in making sure that the project on-site stock chain processes are smooth, productive, and in sync with project needs.

At least 15 years in materials synchronization, warehousing, or logistics in a building or large-scale project environment
Expertise in plant and tools tracking and synchronization
Understanding with stock management operational structures (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or Zoho Stock).

Robust corporate and recordkeeping competencies
Task juggling skill and oversee sophisticated logistics flows
Outstanding Excel and stock software competence
Robust bargain and vendor communication link competencies
Deep knowledge of warehousing industry standards and Health, safety, and environment qualifications
Issue resolution mentality and capability to oversee logistics under pressure
Clear communication competencies for interfacing with procurement, processes, and vendors.
