Van Sales Delegate at Ascentech Services Limited in Nigeria

Role summary

• We are seeking a devoted and outcomes-driven Van Sales Delegate to join our team.
• The preferred candidate will possess at least one year of van sales expertise in the FMCG (Beverages) sector and a robust dedication to delivering revenue goals.
• This position is crucial for pushing product accessibility and visibility in both wholesale and in-store outlets across Nigeria.

Primary duties

• Supply on every month revenue goals repeatedly to generate income growth.
• Ensure our goods are accessible in wholesale and in-store outlets at levels similar to our main rivals.
• Work alongside vendors and retailers to activate our goods productively at the point of sale.
• Avenue Development: Recognize, produce, and implement sales avenues with vendors and retailers to grow sell-in and sell-out.
• Customer conversion: Recognize and hire new wholesale and in-store clients to expand our market presence.
• Cash Remittance: Remit all cash collected on representation of vendors without collapse, making sure precise financial financial record.
• Inventory Settlement: Execute routine settlement of vendor stocks sold through redistribution to preserve precise records.
• Rival Supervising: Track and documentation on rival initiatives, which includes trade and buyer pricing, advertising schemes, and new product launches.

Qualifications

• At least Certification: OND (Ordinary National Certification) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of van sales expertise in the FMCG industry.
• Capability to lead a documented guide vehicle with an active pushing permit/license and a reliable expertise in Nigerian roads.
• Capability to use smartphones and understanding with sales applications.

Perks

Remuneration: N180,000 (Net) every month. Call Stipend: N10, 000 every month.
