Corporate Effectiveness Head at Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) in Ikeja, Lagos

Objective

In charge of supervising the effectiveness of all the departments against their scorecard/ KPIs.

Position Accountabilities

• Organize with various departments of IE to acquire inputs for KPIs/ MIS
• Take action (in drafting/in person) to MIS queries/explanations.
• Offer high-level guidance to the Head Executive Officer and Corporate Executive team on every facet of results tracking, evaluate organisational / collaboration evaluation in line with emergent thinking on a business circumstance.
• Evaluate the alignment between unit-specific targets and individual targets; make modifications in the KPI parameters, if necessary etc.
• Coordinate the process of translating the current plan into the scorecard map and targets.
• Coordinate and mentor the top management in selecting targets and recognizing the strategic programs necessary to attain targeted effectiveness on the scorecard measures.
• Deliver session and education courses on the Scorecard management system, and serves as the central organisational asset to mentor, teach, educate, and help executive team about the scorecard structured approach and resources.
• Organize and collect data from the metric owners, employees or departments on every month basis.
• Oversee and preserve the scorecard software and formulate necessary documentation for the CEO and BOD.
• Organize with the enterprise’s internal audit department to assure that data status updates methods are valid, dependable, and auditable.
• Adhere with Standards oversight System / Work-related Health & Safety qualifications which includes targets and relevant rules concerning allocated roles
• Execute other obligations upon demand by the MD/ CEO and Chief of department.

At least Qualifications

• First academic qualification in Accounting/Finance or any numerate discipline
• Post Graduate Academic qualification
• 6-7 years applicable professional background in similar position with improved/ comprehensive expertise and expertise in applicable theories, principles and sophisticated methods gained through broad expertise or special development.
• Preferably advising/project coordination expertise is a plus
