Job Description

We are looking for a highly logical and meticulous Sales Processes Business data analyst to assist our efficient-growing financial technology business.
In this position, you will be in charge of evaluating sales data, tracking effectiveness, and offering findings that assist enhance our sales methods and generate income growth.
You’ll team up with sales, business development, and executive guidance teams to enhance strategic judgment and process effectiveness.

Monitor productivity against revenue goals, bring to attention differences, and endorse analytics-based actions to enhance sales results.
Collect, clean, and interpret data from various suppliers (e.g., CRM resources, BD operational structures, market documentation) to produce implementable sales findings.
Design and preserve dashboards and documentation to assist daily strategic judgment across the sales operation.
Assess and enhance the comprehensive sales process to boost effectiveness and productivity.
Assist the sales executive guidance with predicting, effectiveness evaluation, and territory organizing.
Organize and track sales development sessions, making sure the team is equipped with current expertise on goods, methods, and resources.
Offer daily business assist to the business development team, assisting settle concerns and making sure smooth cross-operational partnership.

Bsc or above in Promotion, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, or relevant field.
3–5 years of demonstrated expertise in sales processes, business data analysis, or a similar data-attentive position—ideally inside financial technology or a financial solutions institution.
Robust command of Excel spreadsheet software (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas) and data visualization resources.
Outstanding logical and analytical abilities with the capability to analyze sophisticated data sets.
Clear expression and partnership competencies to operate productively with various departments.
Meticulousness and a enthusiasm for clean, meaningful data that leads business effect.
Capability to adjust to a dynamic environment and oversee various key focuses.
