Digital & AI Resources:

• Use efficiency apps like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, or Microsoft OAice 365 to streamline assignment and project coordination.
• Leverage AI resources (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, SlidesAI, Copy.ai) to produce content, graphics, and automate processes.
• Help in analysis and project setup for industry panels, podcasts, and executive forums.

Education and Expertise

• Academic qualification in Business Management, Communications, Design, or a relevant field.
• Expertise operating in tech, financial technology, telecoms, or high-growth startups
• Understanding with the telecom, financial technology, or digital ecosystem in Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa.
• 3+ years of expertise assisting C-level senior leaders or dynamic creative invention teams.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Robust competence with Microsoft OAice Suite, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides.
• Understanding with project coordination resources (Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar).
• Expertise using AI efficiency apps and basic graphic design channels (e.g., Canva, Figma).
• Exhibited capability to oversee and track various projects with discretion and visual precision.
• Practical understanding of modern AI resources and a strong interest in leveraging tech for productivity and narrative creation.
• Expertise coordinating executive brand identity or public profiles is a robust plus.
• Highly initiative-driven, emotionally aware, and cozy in high-trust environments.
