Bakery chef Hughes possesses a fresh opportunity for a Tender Manager, within our Oilfield Solutions & Tools (OFSE) product organisation to be based in Aksai, Kazakhstan, or an alternative appropriate site. This position documentation into the segment business-related processes leader. The position is in charge of helping during the formation of the business-related plan for the allocated regions and segment, in addition to carrying out it. This requires interfacing with a extensive range of clients and internal participants for Early Relation (EE) and Must Win (MW) OFSE and cross-PL avenues, in addition to strategic single-PL avenues, as relevant. The team is in charge of making sure the best technical and business-related initiatives are fulfilled to the client, at the best price and lowest risk to BH, and while upholding the honesty and reliability of the ITO process.

As a Tender Manager you will be in charge of protecting and pushing lucrative income increase through ownership and monitoring of the query-to-order (ITO) process covering price servicing & maintenance and risk risk reduction. The position processes as the main owner of tendering activity for the segment. It is in charge of articulating the winning plan for tenders based on tailored value propositions. It will be in charge of collecting all necessary input on capacity, costing and pricing applicable to the tenders in addition to keeping all participants participated throughout the tendering cycle.
